We bake our cookies when ordered so they get to you as fresh as possible.
We use only the best ingredients to ensure a fantastic end product. Many ingredients used are organic, but not all are. Fresh fruit is used in some products like Bananas, while others are dried fruits. Oatmeal and coconut are organic and the nuts are the best quality available. We use only real butter and local farm eggs. Sugars are organic for maximum flavor. Unbleached flour and real baking soda are used. Organic spices are also a part of our practice. We only use Madagascar vanilla extract and no other extracts. All other flavors are natural.
We started this journey because too many products you can buy in the store, the quality has gotten worse and worse to keep costs down. Inferior ingredients make for a Inferior end product. I started making baked goods for my family and friends for a better alternative. Everyone keeps saying that I should start selling them online. So here we are and we hope to make a believer out of others.
